Delivery Policy

Most orders are sent out within 24 hours after payment has been received via FedEx. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within the next working day. International orders may take a little longer depending on what delivery service has been used. We give delivery discounts for our international orders, please contact us for information on international charges and deliveries.

All retail sales for ioniser orders to mainland UK include free shipping. Shipping for filters and other accessories (without the purchase of an ioniser) is calculated at standard UPS rates.

Wholesale orders for UK Mainland is £9.00 per box ex VAT. For international orders please contact us for delivery costs.

A tracking number is usually sent to the customer's email and is trackable through FedEx online. If you do not get this email, please contact us.
